This diploma thesis solves a hotel in Třebíč, street Svabinského. The hotel is designed as four-storey, building with a basement, with warm flat roof over the fourth floor and terrace on the fourth floor. The hotel has 20 rooms with a total capacity of 44 persons. In the hotel is a restaurant for guests hotel. External walls in basement are made of concrete blocks. External walls in above-ground floors are made of brick blocks Heluz with external thermal insulation. Plot is planar. Part of the design is thermal assessment, accustic assessment and fire safery assessment.
BIKEZONE.cz - Bike shop with residential units

The aim of this master´s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation of the bike shop with residential units, which is situated on the edge of the village Drnovice on parcel No. 1398/2 and 1398/22. The building is located and designed in accordance with applicable spatial planning and regulatory conditions. The proposed building fits into the overall concept of the surrounding buildings in the locality. The proposed house is a detached house with a basement floor and two above-ground floors and a built-in attic in double-pitched and pent roof. In the basement floor there is a storage area and separate garages for parking cars owners of residential units. On the first above-ground floor is bike shop BIKEZONE.CZ. Then there is the barrier-free apartment for people with reduced mobility. In the second and third above-ground floor there are apartments designed for permanent housing.

The topic of my final thesis is a design of a new building prison. The building is designed as prison with supervision. The building is situated on a flat terrain on the selected piece of land in a city of Jindřichův Hradec. The building has three above-gound floors and one underground floor. The building is designed of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete wall system. The roof is made as warm flat roof. The main entrance is west-facing. The project documentation which is needed for a realization of the new building is worked up with six structural details. Drawing part was processed in a computer program ArchiCAD.
Detached house with a law office in Vyškov

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a design and project documentation of a detached house with a law office in Vyškov. The building has three floors and a partial basement. The roof of the building is designed as a flat roof. There are two cellars, a game room and a wine cellar in the basement. The law office is placed on the first floor and it allows access for people with reduced mobility. On the second and third floor two dwelling units with terraces are placed. The entrances to the housing part and the law office are separated. The building has a garage designed for two personal vehicles.
Family house in Rokytnice nad Rokytnou

This bachelor thesis solves the design of a family house in Rokytnice nad Rokytnou in the district of Třebíč. The family house is designed as a two-story building with a basement, warm flat roof and a garage for two cars. The design respects the nature of the surrounding area and makes full use of the site. Designed for 4 to 6 people. The perimeter walls in the basement are made of Porotherm ceramic fittings and insulated with polystyrene. The perimeter walls of the above-mentioned floors are also made of Porotherm ceramic fittings with embedded thermal insulation. Ceiling structures are reinforced concrete. The plot is mostly flat. The thesis contains the drawing and documentation in the form of the implementation project, the design includes also the thermal technical assessment, the fire safety solution, the acoustic assessment and the lighting assessment.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with a design and a project documantation of detached house with design office which is situated in Horni Bojanovice. The House is designed for two four-member family. There are two dwelling units. The object is partial basement and it has got three above-ground floors. The thrid floor is designed as an attic for housing. The house is adjacent garage for two cars. Design office is placed in the first floor and it allows access for disabled person. The roof of the house is gabled, the roof of the garage is single-walkable flat roof which is terrace.

The bachelor thesis has been solving a design of a detached house in Naměšt´ nad Oslavou of Třebíč district. The detached house has been designed as a two-floor house, partly cellared with a flat roof. The projet was created with the main aim of creating a permanent living for a four- member family. A garage is a part of the project too. Perimeter walls of the basement are made of concrete blocks poured by concrete and for perimetric walls of the elevated floor were used Porotherm brick blocks stuffed with mineral isolation. A monolitic ceiling construction is combination of iron and concrete.A lot is located on a southern subtle slope. A part of the project is a technical evaluation, fire emergency measures, other calculations and outcome of building physics. The thesis is elaborated in the form of implementing project, a drawing and documentary part is included.

The aim of the diploma thesis is design a hotel in Žďár nad Sázavou. The hotel is designed for 36 guests. The building is with partial basement and it is composed of three parts. These parts have one, two and five above-ground floor. Structural system is frame and load-bearing elements are columns and beams. The roof is flat. Part of the design is also a thermal assessment and fire safety assessment.
Multifunctional house in Strakonice

The subject of this thesis is the design and project documentation of a new multifunctional house in Strakonice. The building has four floors, without basement, and is located on a slightly sloping land in the suburban part of the town of Strakonice. It is based on shallow foundations and covered with a flat roof. It is a transverse wall structural system, build with clay block masonry, with the semi-assembled ceiling structures of ceramic and concrete beams and inserts. It is conceived as a double-aisle layout. The ground floor of each wing consists of the establishment of shops and house facilities. The overground floors are designed as six residential units of varying size category. Both tracts have separate entrances to both the residential portion and to individual businesses. The building is designed from traditional building materials. In addition to the architectural construction and civil-engineering design, a part of this project is also a fire safety design and an assessment from the perspective of building physics.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a family house in Olešnice. The family house is designed as a two-storey, partially basement building, roofed by flat roof. The project was created for the purpose of designing a permanent home for a 5 persons in two housing units with the possibility of two garage parking spaces. The entrance of the house is oriented the south-eastern side to the staircase, where you can enter the basement, apartment in 1.NP or apartment in 2.NP. After entering the apartment in 1.NP the person is located in vestibule from which you will get into the kitchen with a living room, room, bedroom, bathroom, toilet, dressing room or storage room. The apartment in 2.NP is living room, bedroom, kitchen with living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, cloakroom and balcony. In basement are three storage areas, a workshop and a technical room. Social and private zones are oriented mostly on the southwest side. The perimeter structures are in the basement from lost formwork BEST which is insulated with extruded polystyrene. The rest of the vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm. The ceiling structure is solved by the Porotherm system. Part of the proposal is thermal engineering assessment, fire safety solutions and assessment in terms of acoustics and daylight. The thesis contains a drawings and technical documentation and it is composed as an implementation project.
